AttestaCare AI provides a platform for coordinating social care -- including client onboarding, care worker management, scheduling, visit verification, documentation, and related services. Access to specific features depends on your role and the agreement in place between AttestaCare and your organisation.

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Use AttestaCare only for its intended purpose -- coordinating and delivering social care. Don’t attempt to access data or accounts you’re not authorised to see, disrupt the platform’s operation, or use it in a way that could put a client’s safety or privacy at risk.

Care organisations own the data they and their staff enter into AttestaCare about their clients and operations. We process that data as described in our Privacy Notice and do not use it beyond delivering and improving the platform.

We aim to keep AttestaCare reliably available, but as with any software platform, we can’t guarantee uninterrupted access. We’ll do what we reasonably can to minimise disruption and communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Where a change is material, we’ll take reasonable steps to let account holders know before it takes effect.
