Why AttestaCare exists

Social care runs on people, but the systems around it rarely make that easy. Coordinators piece together schedules across spreadsheets and group chats. Care workers write the same information twice because two systems don’t talk to each other. Families call for updates because there’s no other way to get one. None of this is because care organisations aren’t trying -- it’s because the tools they’ve had to work with were never built to work as one system.

The problem we are solving

That fragmentation has a real cost: duplicated work, missed information between handovers, and a lack of clear accountability when something goes wrong. It falls hardest on the people with the least room to absorb it -- care workers already stretched thin, and clients and families left waiting for information they should already have.
