The data we collect depends on how you use AttestaCare, and is limited to what’s needed for that purpose:

• Contact details -- name, email, phone number, address
• Care-related information -- support needs, care plans, visit records, and documentation created during care delivery
• Account information -- login credentials, role, and organisation
• Location data during an active visit -- collected only while a visit is in progress, for verification purposes
• Technical data -- basic usage and device information needed to operate the platform securely

We process personal data to deliver and coordinate care, verify visits, meet compliance obligations, communicate with you about your care or account, and keep the platform secure. Where we rely on consent -- such as family visibility into a client’s care -- that consent is captured explicitly and can be withdrawn at any time.

Personal data is only visible to people with a legitimate role in your care -- your care organisation, your assigned care worker, and, where you’ve given consent, authorised family members. We don’t sell personal data, and we don’t share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

We retain personal data for as long as it’s needed to deliver care and meet legal and regulatory record-keeping requirements, and delete or anonymise it once those purposes no longer apply.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, restrict or object to certain processing, and request a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.
